American actress Kim Delaney is well known as Detective Diane Russell on the ABC drama series NYPD Blue, which won her a Primetime Emmy Award in 1997. She was born on November 29, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She first worked as a model and then became an actress.
Through her role as Jenny Gardner Nelson on “All My Children” from 1981 to 1984, Kim Delaney quickly became well-known. She was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 1983 for her work.

She was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan faced charges of misdemeanor domestic violence. Both were taken into custody after deputies responded to the incident; Kim Delaney remains in custody, and Morgan was released on a $20,000 bond. Their court appearances are scheduled for April 1.
